 Thomas Drugs is one of Cross Plains' oldest businesses. The current building dates back to 1915. It began as a dry goods store before it became a drug store around 1928. The interior oak cabinets and the glass display cases are reminiscent of turn-of-the-century merchandising. Burgess Thomas founded his drugstore with an attitude of excellence in service. Dan Green purchased Thomas Drugs in 1974 and has continued that same commitment to excellence.
